जेंव्हा एखादी तक्रार दाखल होईल तेंव्हा ती स्थायी समिती कडे [standing committee ] पाठवली जाईल
त्यानंतर अशी समिती चौकशी करावयाची की नाही ते ठरवेल
हा चौकशी अहवाल anti-profiteering authority कडे पाठवला जाईल.
त्यानंतर दंड किंवा पुढील कारवाई स्थायी समिती घेईल
विशिष्ट रकमेच्या पुढील केसेसच चौकशीसाठी घेतल्या जातील
महत्वाची तरतुद खालीलप्रमाणे
