Online business services platform IndiaFilings launched cloud-based Good and Services Tax accounting software LEDGERS for small and medium enterprises. The platform offers end-to-end solution that will help the SMEs maintain tax and regulatory compliance. Addressing media persons at the launch on Saturday, Lionel Charles, Chief Executive Officer, said SMEs in the revenue bracket between Rs. 30 lakh and over Rs. 10 crore can avail the services of professionals. He said smaller companies cannot afford to spend for such services on a yearly basis and “the platform is meant for them.” Charles said, “All one needs to do is enter input data and click the button. It gets as simple as that.” The company has invested Rs. 6.4 crore in the cloud platform and the services can be availed by paying subscription fee of Rs. 5,000 annually. In case businesses need assistance, it would cost between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 40,000 a year. GST compliance services will give the company a huge boost.
