The Bombay High Court stayed the Show Cause Notice demanding Service Tax on the construction of flats provided by a builder to the landowner.
The builder, M/s. Aditya Realtors had constructed flats for the landowner in exchange for development rights. The respondent authority issued the Show Cause Notice wherein it demanded Service Tax on the construction of flats provided by a builder to the landowner.
The division bench of Justice Ujjal Bhuyan and Justice Milind N. Jadhav while staying the show cause notice posted the matter on March 30, 2021, for the next hearing.
