The government has roped in McKinsey & Co to pace up the growth of digital services in the country as it expects the turnover of digital, communications and IT industry to grow nearly four-fold to $1 trillion by 2022 against $280 billion currently.
IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said a major push will be given to services and offerings in the digital space over the coming years with a focus on startups, new-age IT solutions, financial technologies and cyber security.
